Blackened Fish or Shrimp

Ingredients:

·       4-5 tbsp. Deeply Root’d Blackened Seasoning

·       1 cup- Olive Oil

·       3-3oz to 5oz Fish Fillet (Salmon/Catfish/Tilapia/etc.) Wash and Clean

·       Size 21 to 25 or 26 to 30 Peeled and Devein Shrimp (8 to 12)

·       1-Pan/Skillet


Directions:

·       Spread the blackened seasoning on a plate.

·       Brush each salmon fillet or shrimp with oil on both sides.

·       Coat each salmon/Shrimp with the blackened seasoning on both sides.

·       Heat pan or skillet between medium to high for 1-2 minutes

·       Add the 3 fillets/Shrimp on one side

· Let cook for 1 to 4 minutes or until charred.

·       Carefully flip the filets/Shrimp over and continue cooking for 2 to 3 more minutes or until charred (internal temp 145°F)

·       Serve immediately.
