Shipping & Returns
At Deeply Root'd, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. Deeply Root'd will accept, return, or exchange of any products in its original package for a full refund in case of Deeply Root'd error. Returns allowed for any other reason will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase amount. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
Deeply Root'd does not provide refunds or credits for portions of a packaged provided at a single price or for preloaded products by Deeply Root'd.

To initiate a return, please contact 402.416.6688 or info@deeplyrootd.net for any authorized return that must include the product and all accessories in the original packaging, along with all documentation including the invoice and original shipping label and must be received at the Deeply Root'd company within 10 days of obtaining the authorization.
Returns that do not follow these steps may be refused by Deeply Root'd and the customer will assume the risk of loss and damage for packages returned without authorization.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Where do I find shipping information?
Deeply Root'd sauces and seasoning are processed within 3-5 business days.
Our orders generally ship via varied freight within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
