Meet the owner of Deeply Root'd Charles Trokon Brewer.

Deeply Root'd is a spin-off of a restaurant called Stur 22 Caribbean & African Kitchen ba.se in Lincoln, Nebraska. The owner had a variety of different specialized sauces that could be mixed in with many different meats, seafoods, and salads. The sauces became very popular as it started winning a variety of different competitions and events. Soon after, customers started requesting these bottles of sauces. Once the demand became overwhelming, the owner decided to put all the efforts in bottling all these sauces. The owner teamed up with the University of Nebraska Bottling program that took him through the full process of bottling his sauces. The owner called the sauce line Deeply Root'd as a tribute to his birthplace in West Africa, Liberia and to highlight his Caribbean and African restaurant as a place where it all started.
OUR MISSION
Deeply Root'd sauces and seasonings mission is to embody a fusion of rich culinary traditions from African and Caribbean countries. We want to showcase the array of flavors and spices that reflect the vibrant, cultural, and diversity of all countries. Our products are crafted with a commitment to authenticity, using infused flavors, new efficient recipes, and refresh ingredients to capture the essence.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to elevate, increase acknowledgement, and deepen the awareness of the flavors African and Caribbean countries possess. We aim to introduce the vibrant flavors to a broader audience, enabling them to embrace and appreciate the authentic tastes through our carefully crafted sauces and seasonings. We strive to encourage a deeper understanding, while celebrating the culture, flavors, cuisine, and culinary treasures of all Africa and Caribbean countries.
